bvandeusen f6975cfad3 fix(tracks): rewrite RemoveTrack — direct os.Remove + optional Lidarr unmonitor
Replaces commit 50a231f's wrong-shape Lidarr-routed delete. The previous
design called lidarrquarantine.DeleteViaLidarr for Lidarr-managed tracks,
which deletes the entire **album** in Lidarr (Lidarr is album-granular,
no per-track delete API) — silently dropping sibling tracks the operator
didn't ask to remove.

New shape per spec revision 723eee9:
- Always: os.Remove + DB delete + cascade through Minstrel.
- When unmonitor=true AND track has mbid: call new Lidarr.UnmonitorTrack
primitive so Lidarr won't replace. Failure is non-fatal — file is
already gone, DB consistent; the lidarrUnmonitorFailed bool flows to
the wire response so the UI can surface a follow-up "unmonitor
  manually" toast.

Service signature changes from `(trackID, adminID) → (delAlbum, delArtist, err)`
to `(trackID, adminID, unmonitor) → (delAlbum, delArtist, lidarrFailed, err)`.

Adds Lidarr.UnmonitorTrack with full three-step API walk:
  1. GET /api/v1/album?foreignAlbumId={mbid} → Lidarr's internal album id
  2. GET /api/v1/track?albumId={id} → match track by foreignTrackId
  3. PUT /api/v1/track/monitor with {trackIds:[id], monitored:false}

Refactors post() into a shared bodyRequest() so put() reuses the same
status-code → typed-error mapping. The album mbid is captured *before*
the cascade-delete transaction — DeleteAlbumIfEmpty may remove the
album row, after which a post-commit GetAlbumByID returns ErrNoRows
and the unmonitor walk would have nothing to walk against.

bvandeusen 723eee9773 docs(m7): revise #372 spec — Remove from library no longer goes via Lidarr
Operator decision during Task 2 implementation: routing track removal
through lidarrquarantine.DeleteViaLidarr is wrong because Lidarr is
album-granular (no per-track delete). The original spec would have
silently deleted sibling tracks.

New shape:
- Always delete file + DB row + cascade through Minstrel (os.Remove).
- Confirm dialog asks "find a replacement?": Yes (default — no Lidarr
call; monitoring re-imports on next scan) or No (call new
  Lidarr.UnmonitorTrack(mbid) primitive).
- Lidarr unmonitor failure is non-fatal — sets lidarr_unmonitor_failed
on the success envelope so the UI toasts a follow-up message.

Adds a new internal/lidarr.UnmonitorTrack method (LookupTrack →
PUT /api/v1/track/monitor with monitored:false) to Task 2's scope.
Wire codes lidarr_unreachable / lidarr_unauthorized / lidarr_server_error
no longer come back from this endpoint.

bvandeusen 50a231fdc1 feat(tracks): RemoveTrack service with Lidarr-aware delete + cascade
RemoveTrack handles both Lidarr-managed (delegates to existing
lidarrquarantine.DeleteViaLidarr) and non-Lidarr (direct os.Remove)
file deletion, then runs the cascade album-if-empty / artist-if-empty
DB cleanup in a single transaction. Lidarr errors propagate as typed
errors so the API layer can map them to the existing wire codes.

bvandeusen 30b0edf97b feat(db): cascade-cleanup queries for M7 #372 track removal
DeleteTrack returns album_id + artist_id so the calling service can
chain the album-empty / artist-empty cascade. DeleteAlbumIfEmpty and
DeleteArtistIfEmpty are no-ops when other rows still reference the
parent — the service treats pgx.ErrNoRows as "not orphaned, skip".

bvandeusen 9c53c9894a docs(m7): implementation plan for #372 track-actions menu
9 tasks covering: SQL cascade-cleanup queries, internal/tracks
service with Lidarr-aware RemoveTrack, DELETE /api/admin/tracks/{id}
handler, frontend admin API helper, audio-store playNext addition,
TrackMenuItem + TrackMenuDivider primitives, full TrackMenu rewrite
with all 9 entries (Add to playlist… reserved as a disabled slot for
#352), and TrackRow/PlayerBar test adjustments.

Plan reflects the no-in-task-tests rule — implementers write test
files but don't run them; CI handles verification. Migration 0014
that the spec marked conditional is dropped: all relevant track_id
FKs already cascade.

bvandeusen 136a475133 docs(m7): spec for #372 track-level actions menu
Replaces the M5b-era single-entry <TrackMenu> with a 9-entry kebab
menu in 4 groups (queue / collection / navigation / lifecycle).
Reserves the "Add to playlist..." slot for #352. Lands a new
admin-only DELETE /api/admin/tracks/{id} for "Remove from library"
with cascade album -> artist tidy-up and Lidarr-aware deletion for
managed tracks.

Track metadata editing split out as #373 — different feature concern
(crosses into Lidarr's territory + scanner reconciliation).

bvandeusen f27e83612d fix(flutter): two test environment issues from CI
smoke_test was hanging in pumpAndSettle because real
flutter_secure_storage MethodChannel calls don't resolve in widget
tests (no platform channel registered). Override secureStorageProvider
with a mocktail FlutterSecureStorage that returns null for every read,
so the GoRouter redirect resolves and ServerUrlScreen renders.

player_provider_test second case was crashing because constructing
MinstrelAudioHandler() instantiates just_audio's AudioPlayer, which
calls setMethodCallHandler during construction — that asserts unless
the WidgetsFlutterBinding is initialized. Add
TestWidgetsFlutterBinding.ensureInitialized() at the top of main().

Both are unit-test plumbing fixes; no production code change.

bvandeusen 1e8b8aaa2d fix(flutter): drop redundant const in nested const contexts
Making the outer FabledSwordTheme(...) and HomeData(...) constructors
const made every inner const redundant — Dart's analyzer fires
unnecessary_const for each. Strip the inner consts so the outer
context owns the const inference.

bvandeusen d86c694cde fix(flutter): five flutter analyze --fatal-infos issues from first CI run
1. lib/app.dart + lib/shared/routing.dart — buildRouter takes a Ref but was
being called from a ConsumerWidget's build() with a WidgetRef. Add a
routerProvider; the widget watches it instead of constructing the
router from its own ref. Real bug — would have crashed compile in
slice 1, just never compiled until CI ran.

2. lib/player/audio_handler.dart — override of AudioHandler.seek used
`p` for the Duration; rename to `position` to match the base class
   (avoid_renaming_method_parameters lint).

3. lib/theme/theme_extension.dart — fromTokens() returned a non-const
constructor; all inputs are const so make the call const too
   (prefer_const_constructors).

4. test/library/home_screen_test.dart — same const-constructor lint on
   the HomeData test fixture.

5. test/smoke_test.dart — drop the unused
   `import 'package:flutter/material.dart'`.

These are exactly the kind of issues the no-in-task-tests rule shifted
to CI; this is the first run that actually exercises the analyzer
against the slice 1 code.

bvandeusen de1bfcf58b ci: retrigger after node-baked flutter-ci runner image 2026-05-02 18:57:39 -04:00
bvandeusen ec89201e04 ci(flutter): switch to dedicated flutter-ci runner
The flutter-ci runner image (CI-Runner/CI-flutter/Dockerfile) bakes in
Flutter 3.41.8 + Android cmdline-tools + platform-34 + build-tools
34.0.0 + JDK 17, so the workflow no longer needs subosito/flutter-action
to install everything per-job. Drops the setup step and switches
runs-on from the general-purpose go-ci to flutter-ci.

Per project memory feedback_dedicated_runner_labels.md: prefer
purpose-built labels with toolchains pre-installed over generic-runner +
setup-action ceremony on this self-hosted Forgejo deployment.

bvandeusen 7f10535420 fix(ci): flutter workflow runs on go-ci runner, not ubuntu-latest
ubuntu-latest isn't a label any runner in this Forgejo deployment
advertises. The existing test.yml + release.yml both target the
project's go-ci label; flutter.yml should match. subosito/flutter-action@v2
installs the Flutter SDK on whatever runner picks up the job, so
go-ci is fine even though it isn't Flutter-pre-installed.

bvandeusen 7c0f9750d8 ci(flutter): Forgejo workflow — sync, analyze, test, build APK
Triggers on push to dev/main, tag pushes, PR to main, and manual
dispatch — all path-filtered to flutter_client/** and the three
shared web inputs the sync_shared.sh script reads.

Steps:
- Sync tokens/error-copy/svg from web/ via tool/sync_shared.sh
- Re-run dart run tool/gen_tokens.dart and fail if lib/theme/tokens.dart
drifts from shared/fabledsword.tokens.json (catches forgotten regen
  on the JSON edit path)
- flutter pub get / analyze --fatal-infos / test
- Debug APK on every push (uploaded as a workflow artifact)
- Release APK on tag, attached to the corresponding Forgejo release
via RELEASE_TOKEN (release.yml creates the release entry; this
workflow just attaches the APK as minstrel-<tag>.apk)

Uses subosito/flutter-action@v2 on ubuntu-latest for portability —
no dependence on a Flutter-pre-installed runner.

bvandeusen d115c267f4 feat(flutter): GoRouter shell + version gate + auth-aware redirects
Cold launch flow: no server-url -> /server-url. URL set, no token ->
/login. Token present -> /home with shell. VersionGate runs once when
the URL changes, hits /healthz, blocks if min_client_version > package
version. /home is a placeholder until Task 14.

Replaces Navigator.pushReplacementNamed in server_url_screen +
login_screen with context.go now that go_router owns the routes.

bvandeusen 9cbbfcff6c feat(flutter/auth): login screen + AuthApi.login posting to /api/auth/login
Login uses a non-authenticated dio (token resolver returns null) since

into secure storage and the AuthController state flips, which the
router watches to navigate.

bvandeusen c0785cf894 feat(flutter/models): User, ArtistRef, AlbumRef, TrackRef, HomeData
Field names mirror web/src/lib/api/types.ts and the server JSON shape
(internal/api/types.go's HomePayload). Hand-written DTOs per spec
section 10 -- codegen revisits at ~30 models.

Adopts server contract over plan-body mock:
- cover_url (not cover_art_url) for artist/album refs
- duration_sec (not duration_ms) for albums and tracks
- stream_url, disc_number on TrackRef
- sort_name/album_count on ArtistRef; sort_title/year/track_count on AlbumRef

HomeData section keys match server: recently_added_albums,
rediscover_albums, rediscover_artists, most_played_tracks,
last_played_artists.

bvandeusen c93b852e65 feat(flutter/api): dio client with Bearer interceptor + ApiError
ApiError.fromDio handles both server envelope shapes: {"error":"code"}
(admin endpoints) and {"error":{"code","message"}} (most others). Same
dual-shape problem the web apiFetch already solves. Token comes from a
resolver function so the auth provider can swap implementations
without touching the client.

ErrorCopy is a lazy singleton over assets/error-copy.json with the
same fallback chain web uses (specific code -> unknown -> hard-coded).

bvandeusen 2729ab897f feat(flutter): FabledSwordTheme ThemeExtension + Material 3 ThemeData
Widgets read tokens via Theme.of(ctx).extension<FabledSwordTheme>().
Material 3 ColorScheme bound to FabledSword tokens. Body text uses
GoogleFonts.interTextTheme() so the fonts work without bundling .ttf
files (offline-from-cold-launch is a separate question once #357 lands).

bvandeusen f97cf6eb38 feat(flutter): token + asset sync from web; gen_tokens.dart
shared/fabledsword.tokens.json mirrors web/src/lib/styles/tokens.json;
assets/error-copy.json mirrors the web's error-code copy table;
assets/svg/album-fallback.svg mirrors the web placeholder. Together
these give Flutter the same visual + copy starting point as the SPA.

tool/gen_tokens.dart emits lib/theme/tokens.dart from the JSON; the
generated file is committed so CI can verify the JSON and the Dart
file haven't drifted (gate added in Task 21).

tool/sync_shared.sh mkdirs the shared/ + assets/ destinations before
copying so the script works on a fresh checkout (the original
plan-text shape only mkdir'd assets/svg).

pubspec.yaml assets block uncommented now that the three asset paths
exist on disk.

bvandeusen d8bfdc1733 chore(ci): .dockerignore + path filters on existing workflows
The repo now contains the Flutter mobile client at flutter_client/
(M7 #356). Two cleanups so the existing build pipelines don't churn
on Flutter-only changes:

1. .dockerignore — keep the Flutter project (and docs/, IDE noise,
git metadata) out of the Docker build context. The runtime image
was already unaffected (multi-stage drops everything but the Go
binary), but the COPY . . layer cache invalidated on every
Flutter edit. Build context shrinks ~2.4 MB and Flutter-only
pushes no longer force Go rebuilds.
2. test.yml + release.yml — paths-ignore on flutter_client/**,
docs/**, and **/*.md. Go/web tests + container build now skip
when the diff doesn't touch them. Tag releases still build broadly
since server + Flutter ship paired.

The Flutter-side workflow lands in M7 Task 21 with its own paths
filter restricting it to flutter_client/** and the shared web/
inputs (tokens.json, error-copy.json, album-fallback.svg).

bvandeusen b03da903d9 feat(server): /healthz returns min_client_version
Lets the M7 Flutter client refuse to operate against an incompatible
server (e.g., new endpoints the client depends on, breaking schema

client/server contract changes; old clients show the user a blocking
"update required" modal pointed at the latest APK / TestFlight build.

bvandeusen c3be0f3e6e refactor(web): consolidate error-copy table to JSON source of truth
Three admin pages had divergent inline error-code → user-copy switch
tables (with wording drift, including a stale "Settings → Integrations"
that should have been Admin). Consolidate into web/src/lib/styles/error-copy.json,
expose via web/src/lib/api/error-copy.ts (ERROR_COPY + copyForCode),
and refactor the three pages to import the helper.

Fixes the three-way drift; the only user-visible behavior change is
the quarantine page now correctly says "Admin → Integrations".

Sets up the JSON for the M7 Flutter client (#356) to consume the same
table.

bvandeusen ea22807a3f refactor(web): extract design tokens to tokens.json source of truth
The Flutter client (#356) needs to consume the same FabledSword tokens
the web SPA uses. Move the data into a structured tokens.json file and
generate tokens.generated.css from it on every Vite build. The Flutter
side gets its own generator pointed at the same JSON.

No visual change — generated CSS matches the previous hand-written file.

Also installs @types/node devDependency: tsconfig already declared
"types": ["node"] but no Node builtins were referenced in TS until now,
so the missing types were latent. The new vite.config.ts plugin imports
node:child_process, surfacing the gap.

bvandeusen f77245bc41 feat(requests): show ingest progress while requests are in flight
After Lidarr accepts a request the local reconciler imports albums and
tracks as they arrive — but until the request hit 'completed' the
operator had no way to see "is anything happening?" The /requests and
/admin/requests rows now surface a live progress line whenever the
request's matched entity has children in our library.

Backend:
- New CountAlbumsByArtist + CountTracksByArtist sqlc queries.
- requestView gains imported_album_count and imported_track_count.
- New fillProgress helper computes them from the matched entity:
  - kind=artist → counts albums + tracks under matched_artist_id
  - kind=album → counts tracks under matched_album_id
  - kind=track → 1 once matched_track_id is set
N+1 in the list endpoints; acceptable at admin scale.
- handleListRequests, handleGetRequest, and handleListAdminRequests
populate the new fields on every response.

Frontend:
- LidarrRequest TS type extended with the two counters.
- Both the operator's /requests page and the admin /admin/requests
page render an accent-colored line under the row meta when at
least one counter is non-zero, e.g.:
    Artist: "5 albums · 47 tracks ingested"
    Album: "12 tracks ingested"
    Track: "Track ingested"
- Updated test fixtures to include the new required fields.

bvandeusen 70d3d60d21 feat(web): add play + like to artist detail header
Mirrors the play overlay on ArtistCard from /library/artists: fetches
every track for the artist (server already filters per-user
lidarr_quarantine), shuffles client-side, kicks off playback. Adds a
LikeButton next to it with entityType="artist" so the operator can
favourite an artist from this surface without bouncing back to the
library grid.

Play button is disabled when album_count === 0 or while the fetch is
in flight, so a double-tap can't start two queues.

bvandeusen 7b91718fc9 feat(admin): expand /admin overview into an actionable workbench
The admin overview was just two stat cards. Promotes it to a proper
workbench by surfacing the top-5 of each actionable queue with inline
handlers, while keeping the dedicated /admin/requests and
/admin/quarantine pages as the deep-action surfaces.

Changes:

- Top stats grow from 2 cards to 3 (requests / quarantine / lidarr).
- New "Pending requests" preview list — top-5 rows with inline Approve
and Reject buttons that call the same approveRequest/rejectRequest
endpoints used on the dedicated page (default profiles, no override
modal — that flow stays on /admin/requests for power users).
- New "Quarantine" preview list — top-5 rows with three inline actions
matching the dedicated page: Resolve (single click), Delete file
(two-click confirm with inline "Confirm?" state), Delete via Lidarr
(two-click confirm). The two-click confirm avoids modal duplication
on the overview while still gating the irreversible operations.
- "View all <N> →" link surfaces beneath each preview only when the
full queue exceeds the preview limit, pointing to the dedicated page.
- Shared toast surface with errorCopy mapping for the same lidarr_*
codes the dedicated requests page handles, so failed actions surface
  meaningful text instead of "unknown".

Test fixture migrated from per-test dynamic imports to top-level
imports — the previous pattern was producing stale-mock symptoms
where mockReturnValue was set after the page bound against the
original mocks. 12 tests cover stat counts, empty states, links,
each handler binding, the two-click confirm pattern, and the
"View all" surfacing rule.

bvandeusen 1c39001482 feat(web): give album-fallback SVG a card-shaped frame
The placeholder was a bare beamed-pair glyph in solid black on a
transparent ground — invisible against the dark Minstrel surface and
without any visual edge to anchor the card layout. Real album covers
have content that defines their boundary; the placeholder needs the
same affordance to keep the layout grid feeling intentional.

Wraps the user-supplied glyph in:
- iron-tone (#1E2228) fill matching the card surface so the placeholder
  reads as a card without artwork rather than a hole in the page;
- pewter (#3F4651) border on the inside edge, consistent with how real
  cards feel framed;
- ash-tone (#9C9A92) recolor + 0.7x downscale + recenter so the glyph
sits comfortably inside the border without clipping.

Hex hard-coded because static SVGs can't resolve CSS variables;
matches the FabledSword tokens exactly.

bvandeusen c265b871c3 feat(admin): metadata-profile picker on integrations page
Persists the operator's metadata-profile choice alongside quality
profile + root folder. Defaults to the first profile Lidarr returns
(usually 'Standard' on a vanilla install) so the common case is
zero-click; operators with custom profiles like 'Singles only' can pick
explicitly.

Backend:
- Migration 0013: adds nullable default_metadata_profile_id to
lidarr_config. Existing rows get NULL and the service falls back to
  fetch-and-pick-first until they save.
- Updated lidarr_config queries + sqlc + lidarrconfig.Config + admin
view/put body to round-trip the new field.
- handlePutLidarrConfig requires it (along with QP and root folder)
when enabled=true — matches the existing missing_defaults gate.
- New GET /api/admin/lidarr/metadata-profiles handler + lidarr.Client
ListMetadataProfiles (GET /api/v1/metadataprofile, same shape as
  the quality-profile endpoint).
- lidarrrequests.Approve prefers cfg.DefaultMetadataProfileID; falls
back to the fetch-list path only when 0 (back-compat for upgraders).

Frontend:
- LidarrConfig type + LidarrMetadataProfile type + qk.lidarrMetadataProfiles.
- listMetadataProfiles + createMetadataProfilesQuery client helpers.
- Integrations page: third <select> picker, auto-defaults to first
profile when the saved value is 0, sends the new field on save and
  clears it on disconnect.
- Updated test fixtures + the duplicate 'Standard' option string in
  the dropdown-populates assertion.

bvandeusen 7d33166f23 fix(lidarr): include artistName + metadataProfileId on add-artist/add-album
The 'lidarr_rejected' the operator was hitting on Approve was Lidarr 4xx-ing
the POST with two field-validation errors:

'Metadata Profile Id' must be greater than '0'.
'Artist Name' must not be empty.

Our payload was missing both. Lidarr's metadata profile is a separate
concept from quality profile (it controls which release types are
tracked: albums, singles, EPs, etc.) and is required by /api/v1/artist
and /api/v1/album. The 'already exists' line in the toast copy was an
incorrect guess at the cause; the real issue was an invalid payload.

Changes:

- internal/lidarr/types.go: AddArtistParams + AddAlbumParams gain
ArtistName and MetadataProfileID. New MetadataProfile struct mirroring
  QualityProfile.
- internal/lidarr/client.go: AddArtist + AddAlbum payloads include both
new fields. New ListMetadataProfiles fetches GET /api/v1/metadataprofile.
- internal/lidarrrequests/service.go: Approve fetches the metadata
profile list and uses the first as a default (Lidarr installs ship
'Standard' at id=1 OOB, so this works for vanilla setups). Picker
on /admin/integrations is a follow-up. ArtistName flows from the
  request row.
- web/src/routes/admin/requests/+page.svelte: drop the
  speculative 'usually means already in library' copy on lidarr_rejected;
point operators at server logs for the field-level reason instead.

bvandeusen 2946ec4222 feat(web): coupled section scrolling, earlier infinite-scroll, fuller player cover
Three coordinated polish changes:

1. PlayerBar cover bumps from h-20 (80px) to h-24 (96px) and the bar's
vertical padding tightens from py-4 to py-1.5. Bar height stays
~108px but the cover now fills ~89% of it (was ~74%) — reads as the
substantial primary content the operator wanted, not a thumbnail.

2. InfiniteScrollSentinel default rootMargin moves from 300px to 800px
so the next page fetches well before the user reaches the bottom of
the rendered set. Empirically that's ~3-4 rows of cards on a typical
library grid — loading feels seamless rather than catching up.

3. HorizontalScrollRow takes rows: T[][] instead of items: T[]. Multiple
rows of items now render inside one shared overflow-x-auto container,
so the rows scroll together as a single coupled section. Recently
added (2 album rows) and Most played (3 track rows) on the home page
now scroll as one unit. Rediscover keeps two separate scrollers
because its rows are different card types (square albums vs circular
artists) — coupling those would interleave shapes awkwardly. The
item snippet's second arg is now the global flat index so consumers
like CompactTrackCard (which needs sectionTracks + index for play
   actions) work without per-row re-indexing.

bvandeusen 8d05f623cb feat(web): /discover scrolls only the results, not the chrome
Restructures the page as a full-height flex column so the persistent
chrome (DiscoverTabs, search input, facet tabs, header) stays anchored
at the top and only the result grid scrolls. Same treatment for the
empty-state SuggestionFeed.

Main retains overflow-y-auto for other pages, but with h-full + flex-col
+ min-h-0 on the inner scroll region this page contains its own
overflow and main's scroll never triggers — search field + facet tabs
remain visible while you browse results.

bvandeusen ab8235dd0b fix(admin): approve flow surfaces real errors; auto-default Lidarr picks
The "I can't approve a request, the toast just says unknown" bug was
four problems compounded:

1. Lidarr config let enabled=true save with default_quality_profile_id=0
and default_root_folder_path=''. Approve then sent invalid POST bodies
   to Lidarr, which 5xx'd.
2. lidarr.client.post() discarded Lidarr's response body on error, so
we couldn't tell why Lidarr 5xx'd from server logs.
3. handleApproveRequest's error switch didn't map ErrServerError or
ErrLookupFailed — both fell through to a generic 500 server_error.
4. apiFetch only parsed {error: {code, message}} envelopes, but admin
endpoints write {error: 'code_string'}. Every admin error toast
   rendered as 'unknown'.

Fixes:

- internal/lidarr/client.go: capture up to 512 bytes of Lidarr's response
body when it returns 4xx/5xx; include in the wrapped error so server
logs show what Lidarr actually said instead of just the status bucket.
- internal/lidarrrequests/service.go: new ErrDefaultsIncomplete fires
before the Lidarr call when QP=0 or root_folder=''. Stops the bad
  POST entirely.
- internal/api/admin_requests.go: handleApproveRequest now maps
  ErrDefaultsIncomplete -> 'lidarr_defaults_incomplete' (400),
  ErrServerError -> 'lidarr_server_error' (502),
  ErrLookupFailed -> 'lidarr_rejected' (502).
- internal/api/admin_lidarr.go: handlePutLidarrConfig now requires
QP + root folder to be set whenever enabled=true.
- web/src/lib/api/client.ts: apiFetch handles both error envelope shapes
so admin error codes propagate to toasts.
- web/src/routes/admin/integrations/+page.svelte: auto-default to the
first quality profile and first root folder Lidarr returns when the
operator hasn't picked one yet — saves a click for typical
  one-profile/one-folder home setups.
- web/src/routes/admin/requests/+page.svelte: friendly toast copy for
  the new error codes.

bvandeusen 8c62f0089e feat(web): redesign PlayerBar — Lucide icons, focal play button, taller bar
Three theming/density problems with the old PlayerBar:

- Emoji glyphs (⏮ ▶ ⏸ ⏭ 🔀 🔁 ◌) painted at OS-default sizes inside p-1
hit areas, so each button had a 6-8px ring of dead space and the row
clashed with the Lucide stroke-icon language used elsewhere.
- No focal point on transport — play looked structurally identical to
prev/next so the eye had nothing to anchor on.
- Cover at 48x48 in a 72px bar left visible vertical breathing room
around it that read as accidental empty space.

Changes:

- All emoji replaced with Lucide icons: SkipBack, Play, Pause, Loader2,
  SkipForward, Shuffle, Repeat, Repeat1, Volume2/Volume1/VolumeX.
- Play button is the brand moment: 48px circular, accent forest-teal
background, 24px parchment icon. Prev/next stay minimal at 40px
  circular with hover-bg.
- Cover bumped to 80x80 in a min-h-[108px] bar (~1.5x the previous
height) so the player reads as substantial rather than a thin strip.
- Shuffle / repeat get consistent 36px circular hit areas with
  bg-accent-tint + text-accent active state instead of color-only
toggling. Repeat1 icon swap on repeat-one mode replaces the old
  '🔁¹' string concatenation.
- Volume slider gets a state-aware Lucide icon to its left
  (VolumeX / Volume1 / Volume2 by level), giving the right column a
  visual anchor.
- Right column tightens from w-56 to w-48 since icons are denser than
  emoji + text.

TrackMenu gains a 'direction' prop ('up' | 'down', default 'down') so
PlayerBar can pass direction='up' — the kebab menu opens upward instead
of off the bottom of the page.

bvandeusen 564e0bf7ca feat(web): use static SVG asset for album fallback cover
Replaces the hand-rolled inline-data-URL placeholder with a static SVG
asset at /placeholders/album-fallback.svg. SvelteKit's adapter-static
publishes everything in web/static/ at the URL root and the Go binary
embeds the build output, so this resolves identically in dev and prod.

Operator can swap the artwork by replacing the file — no code changes.

Test updated to use toContain rather than strict equality, since jsdom
resolves relative URLs against the test origin.

bvandeusen e6552f4ae2 feat(web): scale ArtistCard fallback Disc3 to fill the circle
The Disc3 fallback was rendered at fixed 32px regardless of card size,
so on a 144px (or larger) circular ArtistCard it floated in mostly-empty
space. Now sized via h-4/5 w-4/5 so it tracks the parent — ~80%
fill, much more recognisable as a record/disc. Stroke-width drops from
1.5 to 1 so the heavier line work doesn't overwhelm at the larger size.

bvandeusen 24985c949f feat(web): redesign FALLBACK_COVER as a beamed-pair glyph
The previous placeholder was a single off-tilt eighth-note silhouette in
muted pewter on slate — readable but plain. Replaces it with two filled
note heads connected by a slanted beam (bolder, more recognisable as
'this is a music placeholder'). Keeps it muted enough to read as
placeholder rather than real content, in line with the FabledSword
understated palette.

Same inline SVG data URL pattern (no extra HTTP round-trip), same
100x100 viewBox so all existing call sites are unaffected.
