API: - isCached(trackId), pathFor(trackId) - pin(trackId, source) — dio.download → drift index entry - unpin(trackId), clearAll() - usageBytes(), evict(targetBytes) Eviction order: incidental → autoPrefetch → autoPlaylist → autoLiked. 'manual' never evicts via cap-driven eviction; only clearAll() removes operator-pinned tracks.
