    Everything merged in #156.

    Android app

    • Any UPnP/DLNA renderer plays, not only a Sonos.
    • Casting no longer sticks on "loading" when the same queue plays again.
    • A newer app is announced in a snackbar on Home and installed from a sheet, downloaded ahead on Wi-Fi. An update is offered only when the app itself changed.
    • Liked songs and Recently played keep their own offline budgets; liking a track downloads it on Wi-Fi.

    Server and web

    • Minstrel searches, grabs, imports and verifies downloads itself, without Lidarr.
    • Duplicates settle themselves; AcoustID names recordings in the wrong slot.
    • Collection replaces Wanted; Admin and Settings are left-rail pages.
    • Notifications say what changed and alert once.
    Downloads
