bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5.5 fcf5b7e5a8 docs: wanted, dbtest, recommendation and playlists comments say what the code does (#6277)
The same rewrite as d191a282, for four packages whose comments carried the
most history: tuning stories, quotes from the operator, single-install
measurements in library_scale.go, and 'used to' accounts of bugs. The
constraint each story protected stays as a present-tense reason (why tier 3
is reduced not removed, why the randomised arms take an order seed, why the
seed artist is eligible in Songs-like). Comments naming system_cron.go and
config.RecommendationConfig, neither of which holds what they claimed, now
name the scheduler and internal/recsettings.

Checked: non-comment tokens identical to HEAD; gofmt clean.

users.api_token held each user's apiKey in plaintext and was looked up by
equality, so a leaked row or backup handed out working keys. Migration
0063 replaces it with api_token_hash (sha256, hex), computed in place
from the existing keys so every Subsonic client keeps working.

The key can no longer be read back: GET /api/me/api-token is gone, and
POST returns the new key once. Settings shows it right after Regenerate
with a copy button and a "won't be shown again" note.

bvandeusen 79bab14b30 feat(playlists): track operations + cover-collage generator
AppendTracks / RemoveTrack / Reorder run in single transactions and
update the denormalized rollups (track_count, duration_sec). Reorder
uses a +10000 offset to bump every row out of the position range
before writing the new positions, sidestepping PK conflicts during
rewrite.

GenerateCollage composes a 600x600 JPEG from the first 4 album
covers, with a slate-tinted fallback for missing cells. Synchronous,
called inline after every mutating operation. SVG-rasterized fallback
is a follow-up — slice 1 ships with a solid placeholder.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 4.7 5c61c10b63 feat(playlists): Service with CRUD methods (M7 #352 slice 1)
Create / Get / List / Update / Delete with the visibility model from
the spec: private by default, owner-only mutations, public read for
non-owners. Update uses sqlc's CASE-WHEN-flag pattern for PATCH-style
partial updates without writing N variants.

Delete cleans up the cached cover file from disk best-effort. Track
operations (Append/Remove/Reorder) and the collage generator land
in subsequent tasks.

Also adds playlists + playlist_tracks to dbtest.ResetDB's truncate
list so integration tests in this package start from a clean state.
