fix(dashboard): the Add-a-widget drawer starts at the sidebar's edge, so none of it hides behind it (#6086)

main's z-index makes it a stacking context, so the fixed drawer (z-index 60)
could never rise over the sticky sidebar (z-index 20): its title, group
labels and first column of widgets sat underneath. Above 900px the drawer
now starts at left:220px; below, the sidebar is off-canvas and it keeps the
full width.
