    Fixes found on the first refresh under v26.08.21.1 (PR #123, issue #2877):

    • One-line CSS rules fingerprint their own declarations (they hashed to sha1("") and grouped 68 unrelated one-liners as one "copy" in the derive readout).
    • The proposer writes uses edges for already-judged consumers too (consumer maps were missing every call site classified before the edge table existed).
    • 0084 migration docstring reworded (extractor false positive).
