reconstruction (#375)

PlaylistTrackRow.svelte and PlaylistCard.toTrackRefs both rebuilt
TrackRef from PlaylistTrack with the same field-by-field literal.
Server adding a new TrackRef field would have needed both sites
updated; now one helper owns the mapping.
