Presentation-only reorder: the "You might like" Home block now sits directly
beneath the system-generated playlists row (For You / Discover / Songs-like)
instead of below Rediscover, matching operator expectation. No logic/state
change. CI-green on dev.

fix(android): move "You might like" directly under the system-playlists row ... 1cc9553d1f

Operator expected the row immediately beneath the system-generated playlists
section, not below Rediscover. Reorders the section call (presentation only —
no logic/state change) and updates the doc comment.
