bvandeusen feb1c2eca8 feat(web): genre and year browse pages — #367
test-web / test (push) Successful in 33s
Client half of #367. Two new Library tabs, each an index plus a drill-down.

Genres are ordered by track count rather than alphabetically. Raw ID3 carries a
long tail of one-off tags, so alphabetical would bury the handful of genres you
actually have a library's worth of. Years are grouped into decades — a flat
list of every year in a decades-deep library is a wall of numbers, and the
decade is how people actually think about it.

## Selection travels in the query string, not the path

`?g=Rock%2FPop`, not `/library/genres/Rock%2FPop`. A slash-bearing genre cannot
survive a path segment — the server sees two segments, and a hard reload
wouldn't reconstruct it through the SPA fallback either. There's a test pinning
the encoded href and another pinning that the DECODED value reaches the API.

## Why these two pages don't use svelte-query for their lists

The indexes do — fetched once per mount, so static options suffice and the
cache survives bouncing in and out of a drill-down.

The drill-down lists deliberately don't. Their selection comes from the URL and
changes WITHOUT remounting the page, and this codebase has no
reactive-query-options pattern anywhere; inventing one here would be a larger
change than the feature justifies, and one I can't exercise locally. So they
use $effect keyed on the derived selection with an explicit Load more.

The stale-response guard is a plain `let`, not $state, and that's load-bearing:
as reactive state, reading the token inside the fetch path would make the
effect depend on its own writes. Its job is to discard a late response for a
previously selected genre instead of painting it over the current one.

## Also

Added the year filter to /library/albums' contract but NOT to that page's UI —
its infinite scroll is a svelte-query infinite query, and making it react to a
filter is the same reactive-options problem. The dedicated pages cover the
capability, which is the shape the task offered as its alternative.

Library tab bar's comment claims it mirrors Android's LibraryScreen. These two
tabs have no Android equivalent, so I noted that inline rather than leaving the
claim quietly false. Parity remains an open call.

Not yet done from #367's bullet list: genre/year quick-jump links on album and
artist detail. Year is free (AlbumRef already carries it) but genre is exposed
nowhere client-side — AlbumDetail is AlbumRef + tracks, and neither carries
genre — so it needs a small API addition. Following as its own commit.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5 6e39471a70 feat(discover): snooze affordance on Android + web suggestion cards — #2375
test-web / test (push) Failing after 37s
android / Build + lint + test (push) Failing after 1m42s
Completes the snooze from slice 3 (#2374), so it's now touchable on both
clients (rule #27 — the server side alone was never shippable).

Copy is "Not right now" everywhere, never a dislike (rule #101). The
parked list even says so out loud: "Nothing here counts against your
taste profile."

Both clients flip the card in place to a "Not right now" state with an
Undo, rather than yanking it out of the grid under the cursor. The row
leaves on the next refetch; the persistent way back is a parked-list
section below the deck. That list isn't optional garnish — a snoozed
candidate is by definition absent from the deck, so without it the
DELETE endpoint is unreachable.

Android routes the write through the offline MutationQueue per rule #100,
as ONE toggle kind (SUGGESTION_SNOOZE_TOGGLE) carrying the desired state
rather than two action kinds. That reuses the LIKE_TOGGLE collapse: a
queued snooze the user has since undone is dropped unsent instead of
replaying after the undo and re-hiding an artist they asked to see. The
collapse helper is now a pure top-level function so that rule is unit
tested rather than inferred.

The repository does NOT enqueue on a 4xx — a permanent rejection would
replay to the same failure and would raise a misleading "will sync when
online" hint. The common case is a 404 from un-snoozing a row that
already lapsed, which is the user's intended end state anyway.

Also: an empty deck used to have one meaning (no listening signal yet).
It can now also mean "you parked them all", so the empty copy branches —
telling that user to go listen to something would be wrong advice.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 4.8 797ed1f5ad feat(web): tag enrichment sources admin card (#1490 Step 4 web)
test-go / test (push) Successful in 34s
test-web / test (push) Successful in 40s
test-go / integration (push) Successful in 4m45s
Add a "Tag enrichment sources" card to the admin integrations page,
mirroring the cover-art providers card: per-provider enable toggle +
API-key field + Save + Test connection, over /api/admin/tag-sources.
Enabling/keying a source (e.g. pasting a Last.fm key) re-opens settled
tracks for re-enrichment via the version bump.

- admin.ts: TagProvider types + get/update/test functions +
  createTagProvidersQuery; qk.tagProviders key.
- integrations/+page.svelte: the card + local edit state, with
MusicBrainz (keyless baseline) and Last.fm (needs a free key) notes.
- Tests: admin.tag-sources API test + integrations component tests
(render / enable+key save / test connection), plus the mock plumbing
the existing suite needs for the new query.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 4.8 4d42e298dd feat(android+web/diagnostics): on-device debug reporter + admin timeline (M9)
test-web / test (push) Failing after 11s
android / Build + lint + test (push) Failing after 1m19s
Android: a gated DiagnosticsReporter taps connectivity, server-health,
UPnP drops/player-state/route, power (Doze/battery-opt/screen), and
app fg/bg, plus a heartbeat snapshotting Sonos-vs-local position — the
locked-phone desync signal. Events buffer in a Room ring buffer
(deliberately NOT the MutationQueue: high-volume best-effort telemetry
that must survive the dead zone being debugged) and DiagnosticsUploader
drains them on a tick / health-recovery / sign-in.

Gating: the account flag (users.debug_mode_enabled) reaches the device
via a new /api/me refresh in AuthController; a per-device local OFF
switch lives in Settings. Reporter runs only when enabled && !optOut;
disabling drops the unsent buffer.

Web admin: /admin/diagnostics — pick account+device+kind+time-window,
see a chronological timeline, flip an account's debug mode remotely, and
Copy-JSON / Download-NDJSON the slice for analysis.

Room schema 6→7 (new diagnostic_events table + auth_session.diagnosticsOptOut;
pre-v1 destructive fallback).

Refs Scribe M9 (#119), tasks #1174 #1175 #1176 #1177.

bvandeusen de61305fde feat(web): admin playback-errors inbox
test-web / test (push) Successful in 34s
Surfaces client-reported playback failures from /api/admin/playback-errors
in a new admin tab. Tabs: Unresolved (default) / Resolved. Each row
shows track + artist + album, error kind badge, who hit it, when,
optional client-supplied detail, and the absolute file path so the
operator can grep the library mount without leaving the page.

Per-row actions (RowActionsMenu):
- Resolve (primary) — modal with Fixed / Ignored dropdown for the
  "no further action taken" cases.
- Copy — JSON payload to clipboard with track_id / file_path / kind
  / detail / reporter / client_id / occurred_at. Matches the
  operator's "logs with a copy-out function" ask.
- Delete file (danger, modal-confirm) — uses the existing
  /api/admin/quarantine/{track_id}/delete-file endpoint AND
auto-stamps resolution='deleted' so a single click closes both
the file and the inbox row.

Deferred to a follow-up: Hide (the existing quarantine flow is
per-user-flag, not a true library-hide), and Re-request via Lidarr
(needs album MBID join — not in the current ListAdminPlaybackErrors
projection).

Also: admin tab list grows from five to six; AdminTabs.test.ts
updated.

bvandeusen 6d16aa2de4 refactor(web/api): offsetGetNextPageParam helper; paging sites migrated (W4)
Final task of PR2 DRY pass. Extracts the verbatim
`offset + items.length >= total` math repeated across 8
createInfiniteQuery sites into a single Page<T>-shape helper.

The task spec described a bare-array helper signature
(lastPage: T[], pageSize-based stop), but no call site in this
repo uses that shape — every paged endpoint returns a Page<T>
envelope. The helper is named pageGetNextPageParam and matches
the actual canonical shape so the 8 copies could collapse.

Migrated:
- likes.ts: 3 sites (TrackRef, AlbumRef, ArtistRef)
- albums.ts: 1 site (AlbumRef)
- queries.ts: 4 sites (artists + 3 search facets)

history.ts left alone — uses has_more/total, different shape.

bvandeusen 72f46a885b feat(web/m7-user-mgmt): /settings expansion + /forgot-password (U3-T5a)
Lands four of the U3 frontend surfaces. Splits T5 because the
dispatch covering everything in one shot crashed the runtime
mid-execution; this is the salvageable half.

- /settings gains three cards alongside Appearance: Profile
(display name + email), Password (current + new + confirm with
client-side mismatch check), API Token (display + copy +
  regenerate-with-double-click-confirm). Server error codes map
  to clear toasts.
- /forgot-password — public; takes an email and always shows the
success message regardless of whether the email is on file
  (mirrors the server's no-enumeration posture).
- Login page gets a "Forgot password?" link below the existing
  register link.
- API client functions for the four /me endpoints (changePassword,
updateProfile, getAPIToken, regenerateAPIToken), the SMTP admin
trio (getSMTPConfig, updateSMTPConfig, testSMTPConfig), and the
  forgot/reset auth pair (forgotPassword, resetPassword).

Tests for these surfaces + /reset-password page + admin SMTP card
land in T5b (next follow-up).

bvandeusenandClaude Sonnet 4.6 97d4dce7ee feat(web/m7-user-mgmt): /admin/users page + AdminTabs entry
New admin route /admin/users with two sections:

- Accounts — table of all users (username, optional display name,
admin badge, created_at). Per-row "Make admin" / "Remove admin"
button calls PUT /api/admin/users/{id}/admin. Last-admin guard
surfaces as a toast ("Can't remove the last admin — promote
  someone else first").

- Invites — list of active invites with Copy + Revoke per row.
"Generate invite" button creates a 24h token. Operator shares
the token with the invitee, who enters it on /register.

AdminTabs gains a "Users" tab (5 tabs total). New typed client
functions in admin.ts (listUsers, updateUserAdmin, listInvites,
createInvite, deleteInvite) plus query factory functions
createAdminUsersQuery / createAdminInvitesQuery and query keys
qk.adminUsers / qk.adminInvites.

Tests cover: list rendering, admin badge, promote/demote actions,
last-admin guard toast, invite generation, revoke flow, empty states.
AdminTabs.test.ts updated to assert 5 tabs and Users active state.

bvandeusenandClaude Sonnet 4.6 0cc3d6255d feat(web/m7-recurring-scans): scan-schedule API client + query
Adds ScanSchedule type, getScanSchedule / updateScanSchedule
against the new admin endpoints, createScanScheduleQuery (60s
staleTime; refetches on focus + after PATCH invalidation — no
polling).

New qk.scanSchedule() key follows the existing tuple pattern.
ScanScheduleUpdate uses optional fields so mode=off updates can
omit per-mode fields entirely (server normalizes anyway).

Vitest covers the GET path, PATCH with body, and the mode=off
minimal-body case.

bvandeusenandClaude Sonnet 4.6 39a07a280c feat(web/m7-cover-sources): cover-providers API client + query
Adds CoverProvider type + capability union, getCoverProviders /
updateCoverProvider / testCoverProvider against the three new admin
endpoints, plus createCoverProvidersQuery (60s staleTime; refetches
on focus + after mutations rather than polling — settings rarely
change in operator time).

New api.patch helper added to client.ts (the existing helpers were
get/post/put/del; PATCH was missing).

New qk.coverProviders() key follows the existing tuple pattern.
api_key_set: bool replaces echoing the credential. UpdateCoverProviderPatch
uses optional fields so the operator can change just enabled, just
key, or both atomically.

Vitest covers GET path, PATCH path with body, version_bumped
response, POST /test path with empty body, ok=false error response.

bvandeusen 3a424c6f73 feat(web/m7-coverage-gauge): coverage API client + query
Adds CoverageRollup type, getCoverageRollup() against
/api/admin/library/coverage, and createCoverageQuery() with the same
3s/30s pacing used by scan-status. New qk.coverage() key follows the
existing zero-arg tuple pattern. Vitest covers the GET path and the
empty-library zero-state plus the with_art + pending + settled = total
invariant.

not_authorized, bad_request, server_error) propagate via the same
copyForCode chain as everything else.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 4.7 c265b871c3 feat(admin): metadata-profile picker on integrations page
Persists the operator's metadata-profile choice alongside quality
profile + root folder. Defaults to the first profile Lidarr returns
(usually 'Standard' on a vanilla install) so the common case is
zero-click; operators with custom profiles like 'Singles only' can pick
explicitly.

Backend:
- Migration 0013: adds nullable default_metadata_profile_id to
lidarr_config. Existing rows get NULL and the service falls back to
  fetch-and-pick-first until they save.
- Updated lidarr_config queries + sqlc + lidarrconfig.Config + admin
view/put body to round-trip the new field.
- handlePutLidarrConfig requires it (along with QP and root folder)
when enabled=true — matches the existing missing_defaults gate.
- New GET /api/admin/lidarr/metadata-profiles handler + lidarr.Client
ListMetadataProfiles (GET /api/v1/metadataprofile, same shape as
  the quality-profile endpoint).
- lidarrrequests.Approve prefers cfg.DefaultMetadataProfileID; falls
back to the fetch-list path only when 0 (back-compat for upgraders).

Frontend:
- LidarrConfig type + LidarrMetadataProfile type + qk.lidarrMetadataProfiles.
- listMetadataProfiles + createMetadataProfilesQuery client helpers.
- Integrations page: third <select> picker, auto-defaults to first
profile when the saved value is 0, sends the new field on save and
  clears it on disconnect.
- Updated test fixtures + the duplicate 'Standard' option string in
  the dropdown-populates assertion.

Adds sort_name/cover_url to ArtistRef, sort_title to AlbumRef (matching
backend Task 5 wire shape), HomePayload type, and qk.home/albumsAlpha/
artistTracks query keys. Updates existing test fixtures to satisfy the
new required fields.

Verified clean via 'npm run check' (0 errors, only pre-existing warnings).

bvandeusen ce7424219c feat(web): adminRequests cache key + staleTime polish
- qk.adminRequests defaults to status='all' when no filter is set; the unfiltered

- 60s staleTime on lidarrConfig + myRequests — both are session-stable enough
that refetching on every consumer-page mount produced needless flicker.

bvandeusenandClaude Opus 4.7 d7eaa189e2 feat(web): add API client modules for Lidarr, requests, admin
T13 of the M5a Lidarr plan. Three new client modules wrap api.get/post/put/del
helpers and the existing TanStack Query qk namespace:

  lidarr.ts   - searchLidarr() + createLidarrSearchQuery()
  requests.ts - createRequest, listMyRequests, getRequest, cancelRequest;
                createMyRequestsQuery(); cancel goes through apiFetch
directly because the backend returns the cancelled row body
(api.del's return type is fixed to null).
  admin.ts - getLidarrConfig, putLidarrConfig, testLidarrConnection,
                listQualityProfiles, listRootFolders, listAdminRequests,
approveRequest, rejectRequest; query factories for each
read; quality profiles + root folders take an enabled prop
so the call site decides when Lidarr is configured.

Shared LidarrRequestStatus / LidarrRequestKind enums and request/config/
search-result shapes added to types.ts. Per-module helpers (CreateRequestParams)
stay in their module files. testLidarrConnection returns a discriminated union
({ok:true, version} | {ok:false, error}) and never throws on ok:false so the
SPA can render either branch.

qk extended with lidarrSearch, myRequests, lidarrConfig,
lidarrQualityProfiles, lidarrRootFolders, adminRequests.

Tests mirror likes.test.ts (vi.mock('./client')) and cover URL construction,
query-param encoding, body shapes, the not-ok testLidarrConnection branch,
and qk additions. 32 new tests, 217 total passing.
