- users.time_zone (0034). An account without one takes the browser's zone
on its first page (POST /account/time-zone/adopt, never over a choice made
by hand); the session follows the account on every request.
- /account: who you are and the zone every page writes its times in,
reached from your name in the sidebar.
- formatting.when: 'Today 06:58', 'Yesterday 23:41', 'Tue 6 Oct 14:12',
'6 Oct 2025 14:12', 24-hour, in the reader's zone; |ago's hover is the
exact local moment instead of UTC; tz_label() for column headers.
- Audit log: When (EDT) with exact times, one detail fact a line, on classes.
- tzdata in the image, and the airgapped smoke checks a zone resolves.

The tabs were drawn in each page's content block, which base.html renders
after the breadcrumb, so on every nested Ansible page the strip moved down a
line. base.html now has a section_tabs block above the breadcrumb, and every
Ansible page fills it. A guard in test_breadcrumbs.py fails any page that calls
a tabs macro outside that block.

Confirm dialog (#5314):
- Every data-confirm form now asks in one native <dialog> (base.html + static/confirm.js)
instead of window.confirm.
- The question becomes the heading and what follows it the detail; the act's
button is named after the form's own button; Cancel has the focus and Esc
backs out. Optional data-confirm-title/-detail/-action/-dismiss attributes.
- All 27 existing uses work as they are. Cancelling a run says 'Keep running'.
Alerts list (#5315):
- A verdict line (what is firing, how many rules, where notifications go,
or 'notifies nobody yet' with a link) replaces the empty Active card.
- Each rule's name opens it; rows show 'last fired' and fold fire/clear into
the condition; History and Disable stay; Delete leaves the list.
- .docker-verdict becomes the shared .page-verdict.
Rule page (#5317):
- Named for the rule (title and crumb), with when it last fired and how many
changes of state it holds.
- Three sections: what it watches, when it fires (checks side by side,
seconds echoed as a duration), what happens (where notifications go, no-data,
the playbook, whose fields stay folded until ticked).
- Delete at the foot, behind the dialog, saying its history goes with it.

Status repeated the Monitors page's counts, check strip and uptime. Monitors
now has one header row and every column Status had: the last 30 checks,
latest response with its trend, uptime over 24h / 7d / 30d (the range picker
goes) and TLS days on every row. /status and /status/rows and the nav link
are removed outright; the dashboard Overview (/status/widget) stays and its
Details link goes to Monitors.

Each widget is as tall as its content, never taller than its saved height
(where it scrolls). The dashboard is capped at 2400px instead of 1400px.
Past 12 columns' worth of width it adds columns (one per 110px, up to 24)
and places widgets again in reading order at their saved widths, so more sit
side by side instead of stretching. Edit mode shows and saves the
12-column layout, so a layout doesn't depend on the screen it was edited on.
The share view uses the same layout code (static/dash-layout.js).

#5211 "Lists load as you scroll: audit, alert history, Ansible runs"
(milestone 477), per preference 172.
- core/paging.py: keyset paging over (time, id), newest first, with an
opaque "<iso>|<id>" cursor; a page reads one row past itself to know
whether another follows. No OFFSET, so rows added while someone scrolls
never shift the pages after them.
- _macros.html scroll_more / scroll_end and static/scroll-more.js, written
once: an IntersectionObserver with a 600px margin fetches the next page
before the reader reaches the end; "Loading more…" while in flight,
"End of the list." at the end, and a failed page says so with a Retry
button instead of re-firing on every scroll.
- Audit log: no "Load more" link and no 500-row cap.
- Alert history: no 200-row stop with "pick a shorter range";
alert_svc.history takes the cursor, so the MCP tool and the page share
one query.
- Ansible runs: no silent cap of 50.

The operator's concept, redrawn as a single-colour SVG in the accent gold:
a key whose bow is a cloverleaf holding three connected nodes, hanging on a
loop threaded through a keyring and swinging into the ring's middle, with a
small sparkle.
- static/logo/steward-logo.svg: the full mark (node graph in the bow).
- static/logo/steward-mark.svg: the small mark for 16-32 px (heavier lines,
one centre node, two teeth); the node graph turns to mush below ~40 px.
Used in the sidebar brand (was an inline crown) and as the favicon on every
page and on the public share view.

Traefik: routers are graded from their latest scrape (router_state: crit on
any real 5xx share, warn on p95 past the latency critical cutoff or a high
4xx share). Failing and slow routers lead as cards that say why; healthy
ones fold into one table that stays open or shut across polls. Proxy
counts are stat tiles; certificates are graded by Settings -> Thresholds
(tls_days).
UniFi: WAN health is a stat strip (latency graded by the thresholds),
devices carry status dots, event categories and firewall actions are
badges, the alarm count reuses .count-badge (renamed from .nav-count).
SNMP: each device wears a status badge and its readings are stat tiles.
Agent fleet: the table comes first, with a Status column (Reporting /
Silent / Never reported, by the host page's stale_after_seconds), silent
agents first, hosts linked, last seen as |ago.
Audit: entries name their entity (one query per type, steward/audit/
service.py) and link it; something deleted since keeps the name its entry
recorded and says "(deleted)".
Tokens: charts read colours through chart-colors.js (stewardColor resolves
a token to the rgb the browser computed; Chart.js defaults take the page's
text and border colours), so host, history, Traefik and SNMP charts drop
their hex. Template hex colours reach 0 (HEX_CEILING = 0), the last rgba
pills go, and heavy weights (600/700/bold, 60 of them) become 500, the
house pair being 400/500; a guard keeps templates there.

The Alerts page's active list now says each alert in one line around the
resource it watches, e.g. "cpu_pct on web-1 is 94% (> 90%), firing for 12m",
with web-1 linking to its host, monitor or container page (or the plugin's
page for Traefik, UniFi and SNMP). Values take their unit from the metric
name through formatting.metric_value. A silent series reads "No cpu_pct from
web-1 for 20m"; an up/down metric says the word.
Actions follow the routes' roles: acknowledge, edit, toggle and New rule for
operators and admins, Delete for admins only, nothing for viewers.
The sidebar shows how many alerts need attention beside Alerts, from an
async context processor that skips htmx fragments, logged-out pages and the
database-down page, and renders without the count if the query fails.

#5099 "A name containing a quote runs script when an admin clicks Delete".
Inline handlers like onclick="return confirm('Delete {{ rule.name }}?')" are
HTML-decoded before the JavaScript is parsed, so autoescaping did not stop a
name such as x');fetch(…);// from running.
- Every prompt (22 handlers, plus the docker prune and token revoke ones)
is now data-confirm="…", read through dataset by one submit listener in
base.html; nothing rendered is parsed as JavaScript.
- The remaining inline handlers take integers only (|int), and the time
range buttons pass this.dataset.range.
- tests/test_inline_handlers.py fails on any {{ }} in an inline handler that
is not |int, with a self-test; tests/_templates.py is the one template
walker the template guards now share.

#5092 "Tokens". base.html's inline palette was its own: white text on the
gold button (1.81:1), a red at 3.26:1 on a card, a warning yellow at hue
42 beside the gold accent at 46, a lavender page title, serif labels at
13px and weights up to 700.
- static/theme.css is design system 6's generated sheet (FabledSword + the
Steward accent). static/steward.css is base.html's stylesheet moved out,
with :root now aliases onto those tokens (--bg, --text-muted, --green…)
so every template keeps rendering; it states no colour of its own.
- Status text colours are Steward overrides recorded in the design system
(tokens 182-184): success #5FB87A, warning #E08A3C, error #EC7A6C. The
house -fg mixes read "up" as grey hint text (dE 8.2) and warning as the
accent (dE 11.5); these are >= 4.5:1 on page, card, hover and their own
15-25% tints. --orange is now the midpoint of warning and error.
- Primary button and active range button: dark text on gold (7.82:1).
Danger button on the house destructive fill. Badges and alerts take the
-fg colour on a tint; the gold badge uses --fs-accent-fg.
- Type: Inter body, Fraunces only for page titles and h1/h2, JetBrains
Mono for code; section and widget titles become the tiny caps label in
the body face; weights capped at 500.
- Removed: the lavender title and share-view gradient, #606080, and the
undefined --card-bg, --accent-faint, --accent-bg, --bg-alt, --border-low
and --row-alt (now real tokens); the dead settings/index.html.
- Guards (tests/test_style_tokens.py): every var(--x) used is defined;
steward.css states no colour or weight over 500; hex colours in
templates may only go down (ceiling 75, from 81 before this change),
each with a self-test that it can fail.

#5091 "Local assets". base.html, the dashboard and the share view loaded
htmx and Chart.js from unpkg/jsdelivr, Gridstack from jsdelivr and their
fonts from Google. On an instance with no outbound network (rule 164) every
page lost htmx, and so every button and poll; and each page load told those
hosts about the visitor (rule 155).
- steward/static/vendor: htmx 2.0.4, Chart.js 4.4.4, Gridstack 12.6.0 (the
versions the pages already used), with their licences (0BSD, MIT, MIT).
- steward/static/fonts: Inter, Fraunces and JetBrains Mono, the design
system's faces (SIL OFL, licences beside them), every unicode-range
subset, with fonts.css. The serif face is now Fraunces in place of
EB Garamond (base) and Libertinus Serif (share view); applying Inter and
the type scale is the tokens step.
- Templates use url_for('static'); /static already passes every gate.
- Guard (tests/test_no_remote_assets.py): no template or stylesheet loads a
script, stylesheet, font or image from another origin (comments stripped,
example URLs in help text allowed), with a self-test that it can fail;
every url_for('static') file and every font the sheet names exists.

#5035 "Sessions: lifetime applied, role and is_active re-read per request,
logout is a POST, failed logins throttled".
- steward/core/proxy.py: trusted_value / is_https / client_ip read
X-Forwarded-Proto and -For only as far as the trusted proxy hops
(Settings → General, default 1, 0 = trust none).
- The session cookie is Secure, and HSTS is sent, only on requests that
arrived over HTTPS by that rule; plain-HTTP and LAN use are unchanged
and nothing redirects.
- A login lasts Settings → General's session lifetime from when it began
(session.permanent + a login_at stamp checked every request — the
cookie's own age slides on every response). A deleted or deactivated
user is logged out on their next request; a role change applies at once.
- Logout is a POST (a form in the sidebar); GET /logout is gone.
- Failed logins pause an address after login.max_failures within
login.lockout_minutes (Settings → General; defaults 5 in 15 min),
keyed by address so nobody can lock a user out by name. Failures are
audited as auth.login_failed with the address.
- to_access_cfg projects the new settings into app.config at startup and
on save, beside the existing projections.
- Integration tests seed real users and a login_at, since every request
now re-reads the session's user.

#5031 "Forged-request protection: SameSite cookie, per-session CSRF token
on every non-GET, HTMX header". A page on another site could make a
logged-in browser POST to Steward with the session cookie attached.
- steward/auth/csrf.py: a per-session token, checked in one before_request
for every POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE (header X-CSRF-Token or form field
csrf_token, constant-time compare). The bearer-authenticated host-agent
ingest is exempt; /mcp never reaches Quart.
- Every POST form renders {{ csrf_field() }}; base.html carries the token
in a meta tag and adds it to every HTMX request; the dashboard's fetch()
calls send it.
- The session cookie is SameSite=Lax; login issues a fresh token.
- PUBLIC_BASE_URL is now loaded from Settings at startup (it was only set
when Settings → General was saved).
- tests/test_csrf.py: refusal, acceptance, rotation, the ingest exemption,
and a guard that every POST form in the templates carries the field.

First step of milestone 461 (MCP server). A token is the credential an
MCP client presents as `Authorization: Bearer stw_…` to act as its user.
- api_tokens table (0026): sha256 hash only, display prefix, role
ceiling, expiry, revocation, throttled last_used_at.
- steward/core/api_tokens.py: mint, list, revoke, resolve. Resolution
re-reads the user's current role and acts with the lower of that and
the token's ceiling, so demoting or disabling a user weakens or kills
their tokens with nothing to revoke by hand.
- /ai-access/ (sidebar → Automation → AI access): every user manages
their own tokens, can't grant above their own role, sees the token
once. Session-only: a share-link viewer is refused. Create and revoke
are audited.
- Integration tests drive the routes against real Postgres so their
transactions run for real (#884 escaped CI behind a mocked session).
Task #4965 "MCP-1 — Personal API tokens".

- Only the nav list scrolls when long (min-height:0 + overflow on .side-nav);
the brand and user/logout stay pinned top/bottom.
- Keyboard focus rings (:focus-visible) on every interactive sidebar element
(brand, nav links, user/logout) and the mobile ☰ toggle.
- Mobile toggle is now a real toggle: aria-controls/aria-expanded kept in sync,
Escape closes the off-canvas sidebar, scrim close stays in sync too.
- prefers-reduced-motion disables the sidebar slide + link transitions.
- Confirmed no dead top-nav CSS/markup remnants from the old top bar.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016Jg27rgypiW2efULXJDtMC
Plugin UIs had no nav home (only dashboard widgets / typed URLs). Add an
optional get_nav() plugin export and surface it in the sidebar.
- plugin_manager: _PLUGIN_NAV registry + get_plugin_nav() getter + a tolerant
_collect_plugin_nav() (missing hook = fine; raising/malformed = logged &
skipped; idempotent per plugin so hot-reload re-runs cleanly). Collected in
both the startup load path and the hot-reload path.
- app.py: inject plugin_nav into the template context, filtered to enabled
plugins so a hot-disabled plugin's link can't linger before restart.
- base.html: render plugin links under the Infrastructure group, with the same
request.path active-state treatment as core links.
- docker/snmp/unifi/traefik: each exports get_nav() → its /plugins/<name>/ view.
- Tests: collector behavior (collect, missing hook, reload-replace, malformed
item, raising hook, sorted output).
With docker enabled, "Docker" now appears under Infrastructure → its fleet view.

The flat top bar was a set of ungrouped peers and gave plugin data no home.
Move to a persistent left sidebar with grouped sections, per the navigation
redesign (operator-chosen shell).
- base.html: top <nav> → left <aside class="sidebar"> + content column.
Groups: Overview (Dashboard, Status), Infrastructure (Hosts; plugin links
arrive in slice 2), Monitoring (Monitors, Alerts), Automation (Ansible),
Admin (Settings, Audit; admin-only). Brand on top, user/logout at the bottom.
- Active link highlighted by request.path prefix (aria-current).
- Responsive: sidebar slides off-canvas under 900px via a ☰ toggle + scrim
(inline class toggle, no new JS deps). Candle-glow preserved.
- Logged-out pages (login/setup) render without the sidebar (gated on
session.user_id), content area full-width and centered as before.
- Add tests/test_templates_parse.py: syntax-parses every steward template so a
broken tag fails the unit lane (only the login page renders there today).
Plugin nav links (Docker/SNMP/UniFi/Traefik) come next in slice 2 via a get_nav
hook. UI-only; no behavior/route changes.

Follow-up to the incident where an unwritable /data made Steward silently mint a
fresh ephemeral secret key on every boot, orphaning all encrypted secrets — only
discovered when an Ansible run failed. Make both failure modes loud and visible.
- config._resolve_secret_key: if a new key must be generated but can't be
persisted (no STEWARD_SECRET_KEY, unwritable /data), raise RuntimeError and
refuse to start, with an actionable fix (set STEWARD_SECRET_KEY, or make /data
writable by uid 1000). Also raises a clear error if an existing key file can't
be read. First-run on a writable volume still generates + persists normally.
- core.settings: detect secrets stored as ciphertext that won't decrypt with the
current key (scan_undecryptable_secrets at startup; _is_undecryptable helper).
Cached in memory; set_setting discards a key on a fresh write so the banner
clears without a restart.
- app.py: run the scan after migrate_plaintext_secrets, log a warning, and inject
undecryptable_secrets into the template context.
- base.html: admin banner naming which secrets to re-enter, each linked to its
settings tab.
- compose.deploy.yml: document the uid-1000 /data write requirement and the
STEWARD_SECRET_KEY option for multi-node Swarm.
- Tests: secret-key resolver (reuse existing file, generate when writable, raise
when unpersistable) and the undecryptable-secret detection helper.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016Jg27rgypiW2efULXJDtMC
Collapse the three former check types into a single core `Monitor` entity
with one management surface (/monitors), one result table (monitor_results),
and a single scheduled task. Every type can now watch a free-standing custom
destination (optional host_id) — not just a registered Host.
- models: Monitor + MonitorResult replace PingResult/DnsResult; Host loses its
ping/dns facet columns (now Monitor rows linked by host_id).
- checks: monitors/{ping,dns,http}.py pure probes + runner.run_monitor
dispatcher; one monitor_check scheduler with a per-monitor due-filter.
- status: single monitor_status_source replaces the three sources.
- UI: /monitors blueprint (type-aware add/edit/list/widget); host hub shows a
host's linked monitors + "add monitor for this host"; nav + widget registry
+ alert metric catalog rewired. http plugin folded into core and removed.
- migration 0022 merges the http branch, data-migrates host facets +
http_monitors + all three result histories, drops the old tables/columns.
Resolves the per-host ping/dns auto-attach issue (#275): monitors are now
explicit, never auto-added to every host.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_016Jg27rgypiW2efULXJDtMC
Address graphical issues raised from the dashboard screenshot:
- No more truncated host names. Hosts-Overview and Host-Agent-Resources put the
host name on its own line (full, wraps if needed) with its data grouped beneath
it; ping/dns (.ping-name) and uptime widget names wrap instead of ellipsis.
Prefer vertical overflow over cramming/truncating a row.
- History graph fills the panel: drop the fixed 0–100 y-axis ceiling (beginAtZero
+ 8% grace) so the lines use the vertical space instead of hugging the bottom;
axis labels still show real %.
- Container-query breakpoints: the widget body is now a query container, so
fragments restyle to their OWN panel width. Host-list widgets flow into 2 cols
≥520px and 3 cols ≥900px (.host-blocks) — use the width, remove vertical
deadspace — and collapse to one column when narrow. Mirrored into the share view.

Milestone 72 phase D — the dashboard view IS the edit surface (operator ask):
- /d/<id> renders the grid via Gridstack in STATIC mode — positioned exactly like
before, live HTMX widget bodies keep polling. An "Edit" button flips the same
grid interactive (grid.setStatic(false)) in place, so you drag/resize over real
data. "Done" flips it back. Layout autosaves on change.
- The widget picker is now a bottom drawer (position:fixed overlay) revealed by
body.dash-editing — so the dashboard width is identical entering/leaving edit.
- Add: POST returns a single grid item; JS inserts it + grid.makeWidget +
htmx.process so it loads live data. Remove: POST 204 + grid.removeWidget.
Per-panel drag handle + remove ✕ are in the DOM for editors, shown only while
editing.
- Gridstack loads for everyone (viewers get the static grid); edit wiring is
gated on can_edit. Mobile collapses to one column.
- Removed the separate /d/<id>/edit route + edit.html + _edit_panels.html
(rule 22). Dashboard-list Edit and new-dashboard create now deep-link
/d/<id>?edit=1 which opens edit mode on load.
Browser-only behaviour — CI can't exercise it; needs an operator visual check.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Milestone 72 phase B — Grafana-style drag-resize grid for dashboard widgets:
- DashboardWidget: replace `position` with a 12-col grid placement
(grid_x/grid_y/grid_w/grid_h). Migration 0021 backfills the old position
order into a 3-up grid (4 cols x 4 cells each) and drops position.
- View + share render a static CSS grid from x/y/w/h: fixed cell height
(h * 70px) with the body scrolling, so the arranged layout is what's shown;
collapses to a single column under 820px.
- Edit view: Gridstack.js 12.6.0 (vanilla, CDN, pinned) — drag the title bar
to move, drag a corner/edge to resize; every change autosaves to a new
/d/<id>/edit/layout endpoint. Replaces the SortableJS position reorder.
- add_widget appends at the bottom-left; remove no longer renumbers.
_get_widgets now orders by grid position (drives DOM + mobile fallback order).
Note: Gridstack drag-resize is browser-only, so CI can't exercise it — needs an
operator visual check of the edit experience.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Milestone 72 phase A (clarity wins, no schema change):
- Add shared metric_style() macro in _macros.html: colours a numeric metric
amber (>=warn) / red (>=crit) on the value ITSELF, not just the status dot.
Defaults 80/90 for percentage gauges; load /core uses warn 80 / crit 100.
Applied to CPU/mem/disk across host_agent panel + fleet widget + the unified
hosts-overview widget.
- Link every host reference to the host hub (/hosts/<id>) in ping, dns,
hosts-overview, host_agent fleet, and uptime widgets; status widget entries
link to their own detail_url. All guarded on session.user_id so the public
share view degrades to plain text (the bare href carries no share token).
- Fix truncation: title= tooltips on all names that ellipsis, plus a hover
underline affordance on the now-clickable ping-name links.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Final phase of the host-IA unification (milestone 70).
- Settings → Plugins split into two tiers: "Monitoring capabilities"
(host_agent, http, snmp, docker — built-in host facets, surfaced via
Hosts/Status, on by default) and "Integrations" (traefik, unifi — external
systems, off until configured). Presentation only: a CAPABILITY_PLUGINS set
(overridable by plugin.yaml `kind:`) tags each plugin; module loading,
optional deps, and migrations are untouched.
- Drop the "default-enable a plugin" framing in the UI copy — capabilities are
described as built-in, not optional add-ons.
- Nav: remove the standalone "Uptime" item (folded into Hosts; still reachable
via the SLA button on the Hosts list).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Provisioning review corrections + the matching frontend, plus breadcrumb
header integration.
- provision.yml: authorize the managed pubkey with a regexp match on the
' steward-managed' comment so rotating the key REPLACES the host's steward
key in place instead of stacking a second authorized entry. Hand-added keys
(other comments) are untouched.
- update.yml (new): refresh agent.py + restart only. Does NOT rotate the token
or rewrite /etc/steward-agent.conf — the host keeps its identity. Asserts the
agent is already installed and fails clearly otherwise.
- host_agent /update route: runs update.yml as the managed steward user (no
token minting). Token rotation stays a deliberate action.
- settings/ansible/generate-key honors a safe relative `next` redirect, so an
inline trigger elsewhere returns to its page.
- Host Agents settings: reworked into a clear lifecycle — an intro card that
explains it runs Ansible to deploy the agent (+ inline "generate managed key"
warning/trigger when none exists), then three labelled cards: 1 Provision,
2 Install/enroll, 3 Update. Each explains what it does.
- base.html: breadcrumb now renders as a kicker line directly above the page
title (moved below alerts, tightened margin) so nested and top-level views
share one consistent header.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Adds a breadcrumb trail to nested views for orientation. Mechanism: a
{% block breadcrumb %} slot in base.html (+ styling) and a shared crumbs()
macro in templates/_macros.html; each nested page fills the block with its
trail (root→current, last item is the current page). Pages without the block
render no bar, so top-level nav roots stay clean.
Applied to: Ansible (browse, schedules, playbook editor, run detail) +
inventory (targets/groups + detail), host_agent (fleet, host detail,
settings), hosts form, settings tabs (ansible/auth/notifications/plugins/
reports + plugin detail), dashboard (list, edit), and alerts (rule form,
maintenance + new). Dynamic labels (host/target/run/dashboard names) come
from the page context — no route changes. All 60 templates Jinja-compile.
Task #873.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Adds a Kuma-style "is everything up?" surface that aggregates heterogeneous
monitor types via a status-source registry (steward/core/status.py): each
type registers an async source(db) -> [StatusEntry]. Core registers ping/DNS;
the http plugin registers its own from setup() so core never imports plugin
tables. Per entry: current up/down, last-30 heartbeat bar, uptime %
(24h/7d/30d), latest latency + response sparkline, and TLS expiry countdown
(HTTP). New /status page (live htmx refresh) + a status_overview dashboard
widget + nav link. Pure-function unit tests for registry + sparkline.
First deliverable of milestone #68 (task #866).

Renames the Python package directory, CLI command, env var prefix,
docker-compose service/container/image, Postgres role/db, and all
visible branding. Marketing form is "Fabled Steward".
Clean break from the previous rebrand: drops the fabledscryer→roundtable
import shim in __init__.py and the FABLEDSCRYER_* env var fallback in
config.py and migrations/env.py. Env vars are now STEWARD_* only.
Heads-up for existing deployments:
- Postgres user/db renamed fabledscryer → steward in docker-compose.yml.
Existing volumes need the role/db renamed inside Postgres, or override
POSTGRES_USER/POSTGRES_DB to keep the old names.
- Host-agent systemd unit is now steward-agent.service. Existing agents
keep running under the old name; reinstall to switch.
