rename(547): the server is grimoire — package, image, DB defaults, backups

Step 2 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - src/scribe -> src/grimoire, and every import, patch target, module path, hypercorn entry point and `python -m grimoire.restore` with it; pyproject, uv.lock and the frontend package are named grimoire. - Image git.fabledsword.com/bvandeusen/fabledgrimoire; CI's Postgres service runs as grimoire / grimoire_test. - Compose files default the DB user, database and (prod) volume to grimoire, each overridable from .env, so an install created as Scribe keeps its data by setting POSTGRES_USER, POSTGRES_DB and PGDATA_VOLUME. - Backups are written as grimoire-<ts>.tar with format grimoire-backup-tar. Archives named scribe-* with the scribe-backup-tar manifest still restore and are still counted at the destination (folder and S3), with tests. - Exports, the MCP auth realm, the ASGI scope key and the persistent logger carry the new name. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing key label stays "scribe.secrets.v1", because every stored secret was derived under it. Plugin identity (plugin name, hooks, env vars, .scribe marker, skills) is step 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(6209): the remaining test files — lessons, reply moment and shape, retrieval specs and scopes, rule doors and judgments, services, snippets, search scope; five tests renamed to their property

Docstrings, section headers and assertion messages drop the record number, milestone or step that introduced the behaviour, and incident accounts are restated as the present-tense failure shape. A dead pointer to a design doc that is not in the repo is removed. Renamed to the property they check: test_the_old_shape_would_be_caught -> test_a_rank_then_scope_query_is_caught test_a_ledger_repeat_no_longer_produces_that_case_at_all -> test_a_ledger_repeat_is_counted_not_withheld test_the_header_no_longer_promises_once_per_session -> test_the_header_explains_the_seen_marker test_the_portal_case_no_longer_stamps_one_canon_onto_a_whole_file -> test_one_canon_is_not_stamped_onto_a_whole_file test_the_repos_own_prose_no_longer_defines_with -> test_the_repos_own_prose_does_not_define_with test_the_original_regression_create_note_with_content -> test_the_real_server_refuses_content_on_create_note Fixture and example ids stay: "note 5" in a supersession chain, "rule 156" in an illustrative question, `#2275` as the hex-versus-citation case, `#3244` as the example of a bare number, fixed dates in date-filter tests. refactor(retrieval): the rule builders compose one moment - _rule_moment runs the arm and its via-lesson step for all three (milestone 456 step 6, #4908)

CI & Build / TypeScript typecheck (push) Successful in 53s

build_prompt_rule_hint, build_tool_rule_hint and build_write_path_hint each ran the rule arm and then the via-lesson step by hand, the first two passing the query between them through a _via_query key on the payload. They now call one composer, _rule_moment, and the split helpers (_prompt_rule_hint, _tool_rule_hint, _add_rules_via_lessons) and the side channel are deleted. Output shapes are unchanged: the prompt builder returns no checkpoint key, the tool builder always does, and shown_rule_ids stays the direct band. A structural test pins that only _rule_moment runs a rule arm or the via-lesson step, and that the three builders are its only callers. plugin_context.py: 2,418 -> 2,361 lines this step; 3,558 when the milestone began. feat(rules): a rule surfaces through the lessons confirmed as its instances (milestone 440 step 4, #4633)
CI & Build / Python lint (push) Successful in 3s
CI & Build / Plugin hooks (push) Successful in 18s
CI & Build / TypeScript typecheck (push) Successful in 54s
CI & Build / integration (push) Successful in 55s
CI & Build / Python tests (push) Failing after 1m16s
CI & Build / Build & push image (push) Skipped
On all three rule arms (prompt_rule, pre_tool_rule, write_path_rule), after the direct match, a lesson matching the moment at the notes menu's own bar brings the rule(s) it is CONFIRMED to be an instance of, rendered in rule voice with "Reached through lesson #N “…”, a recorded instance of it." - Confirmed links only (lesson_rules.confirmed_lessons / confirmed_rules_in_scope). A suggested link carrying its rule would manufacture the co-arrival #4637 counts and prove itself. - Scope kept: a lesson surfaces everywhere, but the rule it brings must be global or this project's own — milestone 414's boundary, not reopened through a side door. - Suppression is by RULE: anything the direct band named or the session ledger holds is skipped, whichever lesson reached it. - Its own slot (VIA_LESSON_LIMIT = 1), not a rule slot — a stated default, since the plan's "decide by measurement" has nothing to measure until links are confirmed (#4632). Its own source, rule_via_lesson: registered, RANKED for pull-through, logged whenever it searches. - Nothing searched at all while no lesson carries a confirmed link, which is every install until one is judged. - build_prompt_rule_hint / build_tool_rule_hint are now thin wrappers over the direct arms (_prompt_rule_hint / _tool_rule_hint); the arm leaves its query in `_via_query` only when it ran, so a disabled arm or a blank prompt brings no rule in either, and the key never leaves the server. - Via-lesson rules are not fed to the #4637 co-surfacing recorder: only direct matches are evidence.
