bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5.5	49b5ceee41	docs(6856): the scope section says the cross-project rule in fewer lines, so using-grimoire fits its 350-line budget ... Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-11-04 22:01:22 -05:00
bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5.5	8f8263b347	docs(6856): the plugin's guidance and the docs say what a session may do in another project ... using-grimoire, which owns cross-project conduct, now says the one change to make toward another project is filing an issue with how it was found and the evidence, and that the plugin asks before anything more. The features page describes the fence. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-11-04 21:52:09 -05:00
bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5.5	7faaa311d7	fix(6470): a moment proposal counts only opens no hook explained, and asks the reader to judge it ... The signal counted every get_rule open against every moment from the previous three minutes, so a rule a search arm had just shown was proposed for whatever moment happened to fire. All nine pending signal proposals were wrong. - The hook skips an open of a rule a hook named this session, and sends the last three acts from 90 seconds instead of 30 from 180. - A rule already mounted anywhere gathers no signal evidence. - A signal pair keeps the actions that reached its moment and shows them as its why. - The proposal line says it is co-occurrence, not a recommendation, and asks the reader to check the rule against the moment before offering it; moments.md says the same. Plugin 2026.10.26.2029. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-10-26 16:29:40 -04:00
bvandeusenandClaude Opus 5.5	c5eeec471f	rename(547): the plugin is grimoire — manifest, MCP key, hooks, env, skills ... Step 3 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - Plugin `grimoire` in marketplace `grimoire-plugin`, MCP server key `grimoire`, so tools reach a session as mcp__plugin_grimoire_grimoire__*. - hooks/scribe_* -> hooks/grimoire_*, their shell functions and the TMPDIR ledgers with them; SCRIBE_URL / SCRIBE_TOKEN / SCRIBE_HOOK_DIR / SCRIBE_LEDGER_DIRS -> GRIMOIRE_*; the project marker is `.grimoire`. - skills/using-scribe -> using-grimoire, /grimoire:sync, stored processes arrive as grimoire-proc-<slug>; moment_actions names them the same way. - Migration 0124 rewrites stored skill names (rule_moments, rule_moment_judgments, moment_mappings) from scribe:/scribe-proc- to grimoire:/grimoire-proc-, so a rule mounted on a skill keeps firing. - Settings' install commands and MCP-only defaults, the docs and the tests follow. - scripts/check_plugin.py drops the smoke event for a report-check hook that has no file in plugin/hooks. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing label, and the names that let backups written as Scribe restore and be counted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>	2026-10-22 10:52:55 -04:00
