rename(547): the plugin is grimoire — manifest, MCP key, hooks, env, skills

Step 3 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - Plugin `grimoire` in marketplace `grimoire-plugin`, MCP server key `grimoire`, so tools reach a session as mcp__plugin_grimoire_grimoire__*. - hooks/scribe_* -> hooks/grimoire_*, their shell functions and the TMPDIR ledgers with them; SCRIBE_URL / SCRIBE_TOKEN / SCRIBE_HOOK_DIR / SCRIBE_LEDGER_DIRS -> GRIMOIRE_*; the project marker is `.grimoire`. - skills/using-scribe -> using-grimoire, /grimoire:sync, stored processes arrive as grimoire-proc-<slug>; moment_actions names them the same way. - Migration 0124 rewrites stored skill names (rule_moments, rule_moment_judgments, moment_mappings) from scribe:/scribe-proc- to grimoire:/grimoire-proc-, so a rule mounted on a skill keeps firing. - Settings' install commands and MCP-only defaults, the docs and the tests follow. - scripts/check_plugin.py drops the smoke event for a report-check hook that has no file in plugin/hooks. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing label, and the names that let backups written as Scribe restore and be counted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

rename(547): the server is grimoire — package, image, DB defaults, backups
CI & Build / Python lint (push) Successful in 3s

Step 2 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - src/scribe -> src/grimoire, and every import, patch target, module path, hypercorn entry point and `python -m grimoire.restore` with it; pyproject, uv.lock and the frontend package are named grimoire. - Image git.fabledsword.com/bvandeusen/fabledgrimoire; CI's Postgres service runs as grimoire / grimoire_test. - Compose files default the DB user, database and (prod) volume to grimoire, each overridable from .env, so an install created as Scribe keeps its data by setting POSTGRES_USER, POSTGRES_DB and PGDATA_VOLUME. - Backups are written as grimoire-<ts>.tar with format grimoire-backup-tar. Archives named scribe-* with the scribe-backup-tar manifest still restore and are still counted at the destination (folder and S3), with tests. - Exports, the MCP auth realm, the ASGI scope key and the persistent logger carry the new name. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing key label stays "scribe.secrets.v1", because every stored secret was derived under it. Plugin identity (plugin name, hooks, env vars, .scribe marker, skills) is step 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(6209): the remaining test files — lessons, reply moment and shape, retrieval specs and scopes, rule doors and judgments, services, snippets, search scope; five tests renamed to their property
CI & Build / Python lint (push) Successful in 5s
CI & Build / Plugin hooks (push) Successful in 17s
CI & Build / TypeScript typecheck (push) Successful in 57s
CI & Build / integration (push) Successful in 1m19s
CI & Build / Python tests (push) Successful in 2m2s
CI & Build / Build & push image (push) Successful in 15s
Docstrings, section headers and assertion messages drop the record number, milestone or step that introduced the behaviour, and incident accounts are restated as the present-tense failure shape. A dead pointer to a design doc that is not in the repo is removed. Renamed to the property they check: test_the_old_shape_would_be_caught -> test_a_rank_then_scope_query_is_caught test_a_ledger_repeat_no_longer_produces_that_case_at_all -> test_a_ledger_repeat_is_counted_not_withheld test_the_header_no_longer_promises_once_per_session -> test_the_header_explains_the_seen_marker test_the_portal_case_no_longer_stamps_one_canon_onto_a_whole_file -> test_one_canon_is_not_stamped_onto_a_whole_file test_the_repos_own_prose_no_longer_defines_with -> test_the_repos_own_prose_does_not_define_with test_the_original_regression_create_note_with_content -> test_the_real_server_refuses_content_on_create_note Fixture and example ids stay: "note 5" in a supersession chain, "rule 156" in an illustrative question, `#2275` as the hex-versus-citation case, `#3244` as the example of a bare number, fixed dates in date-filter tests. feat(500): reply shapes are delivered - the core every turn through the ledger, each slice at its moment, reply mounts before the reply (#5495)

CI & Build / Python tests (push) Failing after 1m31s

- Every turn (/api/plugin/retrieve, UserPromptSubmit): the core reply shape leads the payload - in full the first time, as its one-line reminder after that - followed by whatever is mounted on reply.report, under the shared rule ledger. Fresh keys come back as shape_keys. - The ledger is <sid>.shapes.ids in scribe-priorart (scribe_shapes_file / _seen / _append), so the compaction sweep that clears every .ids ledger is what brings the full core back after one. - At a moment (/api/plugin/moment): the slice for that reply - completion on work.finish, asks on reply.ask, plan on work.plan - ahead of the mounted rules. reachable_tools now lists tools reaching a shaped moment even on an install with nothing mounted. - Scribe's own tools (attach_moment_rules): reply_shape in the response, in full, since that door has no ledger. enter_project carries the core for clients with no prompt hook. - Telemetry: one AppLog row per delivery (plugin / reply_shape), each shape with full or pointer and the door (turn, hook, mcp).
