rename(547): the plugin is grimoire — manifest, MCP key, hooks, env, skills

Step 3 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - Plugin `grimoire` in marketplace `grimoire-plugin`, MCP server key `grimoire`, so tools reach a session as mcp__plugin_grimoire_grimoire__*. - hooks/scribe_* -> hooks/grimoire_*, their shell functions and the TMPDIR ledgers with them; SCRIBE_URL / SCRIBE_TOKEN / SCRIBE_HOOK_DIR / SCRIBE_LEDGER_DIRS -> GRIMOIRE_*; the project marker is `.grimoire`. - skills/using-scribe -> using-grimoire, /grimoire:sync, stored processes arrive as grimoire-proc-<slug>; moment_actions names them the same way. - Migration 0124 rewrites stored skill names (rule_moments, rule_moment_judgments, moment_mappings) from scribe:/scribe-proc- to grimoire:/grimoire-proc-, so a rule mounted on a skill keeps firing. - Settings' install commands and MCP-only defaults, the docs and the tests follow. - scripts/check_plugin.py drops the smoke event for a report-check hook that has no file in plugin/hooks. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing label, and the names that let backups written as Scribe restore and be counted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

rename(547): the server is grimoire — package, image, DB defaults, backups

Step 2 of the Scribe -> Grimoire rename. - src/scribe -> src/grimoire, and every import, patch target, module path, hypercorn entry point and `python -m grimoire.restore` with it; pyproject, uv.lock and the frontend package are named grimoire. - Image git.fabledsword.com/bvandeusen/fabledgrimoire; CI's Postgres service runs as grimoire / grimoire_test. - Compose files default the DB user, database and (prod) volume to grimoire, each overridable from .env, so an install created as Scribe keeps its data by setting POSTGRES_USER, POSTGRES_DB and PGDATA_VOLUME. - Backups are written as grimoire-<ts>.tar with format grimoire-backup-tar. Archives named scribe-* with the scribe-backup-tar manifest still restore and are still counted at the destination (folder and S3), with tests. - Exports, the MCP auth realm, the ASGI scope key and the persistent logger carry the new name. Kept on purpose: the secret-sealing key label stays "scribe.secrets.v1", because every stored secret was derived under it. Plugin identity (plugin name, hooks, env vars, .scribe marker, skills) is step 3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(6209): the remaining test files — lessons, reply moment and shape, retrieval specs and scopes, rule doors and judgments, services, snippets, search scope; five tests renamed to their property

Docstrings, section headers and assertion messages drop the record number, milestone or step that introduced the behaviour, and incident accounts are restated as the present-tense failure shape. A dead pointer to a design doc that is not in the repo is removed. Renamed to the property they check: test_the_old_shape_would_be_caught -> test_a_rank_then_scope_query_is_caught test_a_ledger_repeat_no_longer_produces_that_case_at_all -> test_a_ledger_repeat_is_counted_not_withheld test_the_header_no_longer_promises_once_per_session -> test_the_header_explains_the_seen_marker test_the_portal_case_no_longer_stamps_one_canon_onto_a_whole_file -> test_one_canon_is_not_stamped_onto_a_whole_file test_the_repos_own_prose_no_longer_defines_with -> test_the_repos_own_prose_does_not_define_with test_the_original_regression_create_note_with_content -> test_the_real_server_refuses_content_on_create_note Fixture and example ids stay: "note 5" in a supersession chain, "rule 156" in an illustrative question, `#2275` as the hex-versus-citation case, `#3244` as the example of a bare number, fixed dates in date-filter tests. feat(moments): skills and stored processes declare the moments they are for (milestone 458 step 5, #4923)

Loading a procedure now also reaches the moment it is for. Loading the reporting procedure is a report; loading the release procedure is a delivery. - Bundled skills: each SKILL.md declares `metadata: moments:`. The same declaration ships as Skill defaults (BUNDLED_SKILL_MOMENTS), because the server never sees the plugin's files. test_skill_moments holds the two together and pins the plugin name that qualifies the skill. - Stored processes: `moments` on create_process and update_process, stored in the note's data and returned by get_process. A `scribe-proc-<slug>` load resolves its process through the sync manifest at load time. The moments are not copied into the stub, which would go stale mid-session. - reachable_tools lists the skill loader whenever anything is mounted, since a process's moments are known only when it loads. feat(moments): actions map onto moments, with in-session corrections (milestone 458 step 2, #4920)
CI & Build / Plugin hooks (push) Successful in 18s
CI & Build / Python lint (push) Successful in 3s
CI & Build / TypeScript typecheck (push) Successful in 55s
CI & Build / integration (push) Successful in 1m23s

moment_actions.resolve(tool, input) names every moment a call reaches and the action that reached it. One call can reach several: kubectl apply is a run, a deliver and a reach outside the workspace. Command tools match by how each segment of the line starts, with a word boundary; other tools by field=value arguments. The MCP server prefix and case are ignored. 56 shipped defaults cover the harness tools, Scribe tools and common command shapes. moment_mappings (migration 0116) holds what an install adds and the defaults it switches off. A removal is a stored row, so an upgrade does not switch the default back on. Per the operator ruling, corrections happen in the session: map_action and unmap_action (write tools) return now_reaches so the fix can be confirmed in the same reply. list_moments now shows each moment's actions on this install. REST mirrors both doors, recorded as human. Backup v21 carries the mappings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
